Extract from article: Terry Lister from Warwickshire is here with his wife Margaret. Terry bought the car because he wanted to do some “decent rallies” – he’s subsequently done 70,000 miles in it. Despite having bust his Achilles and wearing a boot, he has come saying “he wouldn’t have missed it for the world”.

Originally owned by Sir John Arnolt in the 1930's/40's, who was chairman of the Irish Times. In the I960's it was owned by Keith Schellenberg and by Tommy Black who removed the decrepit Mulliner 4-door saloon body (which is still available), and fitted the current Van den Plas replica body. Terry brought the 8 litre to South Africa in 2001 & 2006.
