The following information has been received from Ricardo Ochoa:
"This rare 4 1/2 litre car, VDP body aero. Yes, the first owner was J.W. Gladstone. It was later sent to Shepherd & Bell in my country, Argentina. According to the Britsh press of those times, it would be used by W.G. Ogden in Argentine races."

Michael Hay, in his book Bentley: The Vintage Years, 1997, states: "A/735. "Le Mans Model". Vanden Plas body no. 1498. Now 4 seater by Moss, engine HF 3198 ex HF 3197." |
