More Info: According to original Vanden Plas Coachbuilder records, this car was originally fitted with Body No. 1258 with a standard 4-seater Sports; maroon / black; 3/1926. Michael Hay, in his book Bentley: The Vintage Years, 1997, states: "Vanden Plas body no. 1258. Accident 4/30 - new f/axle bed fitted "7/31 Brooklands silencer fitted." In USA, original body still fitted."
