Michael Hay, in his book Bentley: The Vintage Years, 1997, states: "Vanden Plas body no. 1256. 12/33 low geared steering box fitted. Townshend rebuild - eng XL 3106 ex ch. ex ch. 3103, D box, hydraulic brakes. PH 1454 and A box refitted 1990 - XL 3106 fitted to Pacey-Hassan." |
