"This car was featured in a children's book by Val Biro called 'Gumdrop and the Secret Switches', published in 1982.
There is an illustration, inside the book, depicting the start of the race which shows the Bentley with the number plate GY 3905. (Also on the front row of the grid is an Alfa Romeo, Vauxhall and a Bugatti. At the finish the Austin 12 wins with the Bentley second. Third place goes to the Vauxhall with the Bugatti fourth!!!)"
