"This car has been in our family since 1973 and is now in my possession full time here in Colorado. No major updates since I last posted photos in 2008, but we did get a few new pictures that are more appropriate to such a great driver's car."

My father restored Chassis No. LT1587 in 1990s and I am currently the caretaker of the car which is now located in Colorado. I try to drive it once every 3 weeks or so, which gets a bit tough here during the winter — though we had a 70 degree day last Saturday and I got out for a run.

The car is mechanically very original. The Chassis No. (LT1587) is stamped in all the correct places - including the steering box and front axle. It has its original engine (HP 396 SS).

The original fenders were separated from the car may years ago and the fenders you see in the pictures were built and installed during the restoration.

It's a good driver, though it runs a bit hot.
