| More Info: | According to original Vanden Plas Coachbuilder records, this car was originally fitted with Body No. 1461 with a standard Sports with modifications; primrose fabric / paint to match; 2/1928. Michael Hay, in his book Bentley: The Vintage Years, 1997, states: "Vanden Plas body no. 1461. Fitted radiator shutters at some time. Rebuilt on reconditioned frame 4/37 after accident now fitted "bitsa" eng no. DMK 1." |
