| More Info: | According to original Vanden Plas Coachbuilder records there are two bodies associated with this Chassis: * Body No. 1438 with a Sports 4-seater; Weymann fabric /black body. Delivered in Dec. 1927. * Body No. 1454 with a 4-seater Sports; extended bonnet and staggered screen; black body. Delivered in Feb. 1928. Michael Hay, in his book Bentley: The Vintage Years, 1997, states: "Vanden Plas body no. 1454. Eng HF 3193 in RE 1397. Reg plates on AD 3656 - ? this chassis dismantled." |
