Michael Hay, in his book Bentley: The Vintage Years, 1997, states: "Vanden Plas body no. 1239. Engine DE 1223 in ch. 606. 4� Litre engine fitted, believed RL 3441 ex ch. RL 3434. Accident 12/29 - new banjo fitted." |
