1928 Bentley 3 Litre ST 4-seater
"Going through some old photo negatives to digitize them I came across this photo of the 3 litre Bentley YH 4040. It dates from 1979 taken at a car show in Derby organised by Rolls-Royce (Osmaston Park I believe). Unfortunately I have no record of the owner at the time. Out of curiosity I Googled the reg. no. and arrived at this website. The most obvious change is the colour."

More Info: Michael Hay, in his book Bentley: The Vintage Years, 1997, states: "Believed offered for sale 12/56 fitted box body and caravan touring gear. Engine 1086 ex ch. 1047 fitted 1961. Rebuilt on frame 487 after BL 1625 damaged. See R187 p.86."
