"The car was much loved by me, great fun & a driver's delight. Circumstances in moving several times when I was trying to restore the condition of vehicle brought about the eventual sale. It had been prepared for racing, fitted with a heavy crank, but not raced. Previous owner was Alan Deacon, who was racing a Lister Jag when I bought the car. Fond memories, and hopefully many more for future owners, It was black in my time, had a windscreen with plated section below the fold down, and plain plated Smiths sidelights that rather let it down, not bull's eye ones. Love to see it again."
