"My dad, Charles Elliott owned this car between 1956 (yes 1956) and 1964. The car was pale blue when he bought it and remained this colour until being resprayed British Racing Green in 1960/61 shortly before appearing at Kensington Gardens BDC meeting. Dad was a mechanical engineer by profession and during his ownership rebuilt the engine (new big end bearings, piston rings, etc)."

"1924 Bentley 3 Litre Red Label Speed Model
Well, we can hope this happens more often; this very nice chap came in with his prize possession, this rare Speed Model Bentley. And I couldn’t resist her.

Still with her original chassis, engine, gearbox, axles etc and body.

This was love at first sight and in very usable condition.

The interior leather and carpets are in first class order. The paintwork also not too fresh giving a satisfying appeal to those of us who are not concours types but drivers."
