"My 3 liter Bentley (889) at the 2013 edition of the Transappenninica in Italy. This was held in Tuscany in May. May 2013 I have installed a heavy duty radiator to accommodate the 4½ engine. To preserve the looks of the 3 liter the new radiator has the exact style of the original but with a bigger cooling capacity. It stays cool now when I enter the Alps."

"The information on the engine number is not correct. My Bentley has engine 828 which was upgraded to a 4½ by Blakeney. The 'sloper' carburetors are also reinstalled."

Since I own 889, I have driven some rallies with her in England, Belgium and France. In our search for originality we have reinstalled the 'slopers'. We have also removed the extra rear lights. Our intention is to bring 889 back in her original layout, except the 4½ litre engine. 889 is a beautiful and very fast car.
