Engine No. 896
Registration No. (Not available) / DH 384

Andrew Moran purchased this car in 1967.

"Herbert A Jackson purchased two 3 liters and had Martin & King fit both with open 4 door bodies. His wife drove one which was re-bodied also by Martin & King as a Coupe in 1931. This was sold as a ladies car to Roy Johnson in 1937 for his wife — she could not drive it and it was sold 3 weeks later to my father Ralph H Moran who later found an overly thick oil in the gearbox.

I took over the car in 1967 after a restoration — it is now undergoing a more serious restoration."
