1924 Bentley 3 Litre SP 4-seater
Chassis No. 584
Engine No. 592
Registration No. (Not available) / YT 4413
After the car was rebuilt by E Bowler it passed through 4 naval officers between 1948 and 1956. In 1957 it was owned by A Bedford Smith who used it regularly until the 1970's when engine trouble caused it to be stored until 2000. It was then purchased by a BDC member and shipped to New Zealand for refurbishment. It returned to the UK in 2011. The car was restored over a number of years and then in 2013 was fully restored by VBE and upgraded to a 4 1/2. It sat in a collection between 2014 to 2024 and was sold at auction in November 2024.
