As described in Michael Hay's "Bentley: The Vintage Years", 1997: "An H J Mulliner fixed-head coupe, on a slightly earlier Speed chassis dated by the earlier two-piece sump engine. An acetylene lamp would appear to be fitted in front of the nearside door, with the owner's crest on the door."
