"A photograph of a vintage Bentley has recently come into my possession. The photo was in a family collection which was held by my father. He acquired it on the death of his bother-in-law's mother some years ago. The car depicted in the photo appears to be one of the larger variants, possibly a 6.5 or 8 litre example, registered YH 1548. The date of the photograph is not known and neither is the exact location of the shot, other than it is apparently somewhere in Torquay. On receipt of the photo I decided to carry out some investigative work to see if the car was extant and the search led me to your excellent site. Sadly the site has no information on the car, although the similarly registered YH 1458 is recorded. Hoping you may be able to shed some light on it."
